Do I need technical experience to use Prezio OS?
Not at all. Prezio OS is designed for showroom professionals, not IT teams. If you can use email, you can use Prezio OS. Onboarding takes less than a day.
Can I use Prezio OS for remote clients?
Absolutely. The client magic link and Zoom-friendly proposal view were designed exactly for this — whether your client is in Miami, Turks & Caicos, the Bahamas, or anywhere in the world.
Does Prezio OS integrate with QuickBooks?
Prezio OS is a complete, standalone system of record for your invoices, deposits, and payments — you don't need QuickBooks to run your business on it. If you already use QuickBooks Online, an optional sync keeps it current automatically at each project milestone.
Can my installers access the system?
Yes. Installers get a simplified work order view showing only what they need: job details, dimensions, address, materials, and a print button. They cannot see pricing or other client data.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up daily, and hosted on enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA.
Can I white-label Prezio OS for my clients?
